Accommodation

In the registration form all of you have been requested to indicate whether you need accommodation or not. Thanks for your cooperation and response. We are trying to cater to your need. However, the organizing committee regrets that it  may not be able to provide desired accommodation to all. Here are the details.

Please send the accommodation fee at the earliest to ensure your room through Demand draft to

Free accommodation: Free accommodation will be provided only to limited number of delegates on first come basis.  

Subsidized accommodation:  

Category A: A few dormitories : Rs. 100.00 per bed 

Category B:  Double bed non-AC rooms on twin sharing basis.

Rent: Rs 250.00 – 400.00 per day, which means, Rs. 125.00 – 200.00 per day for each participant. 

The free and subsidized accommodation arrangements will be on a twin sharing basis.  
 

Hotel booking will be arranged for those desiring to stay at hotels at a reasonable rate. 

Hotel Booking Rates:  

Category A:  Rs. 500.00 – 800.00 per day    (Non AC double bed)

Category B:  Rs. 800.00 – 1200.00 per day   (Non AC double bed)

Category C:  Rs. 1200.00 –  1500.00 per day  (AC double bed) 

Category D:  Rs. 1500.00 – 3000.00 per day  (AC double bed) 

Please note that the organizing committee may not be able to find accommodation for those delegates registering after 20.01.08. Those registering after that date or registering on spot may have to find and arrange their own accommodation.
